There is nothing like having a second set of eyes to point out the flaws in production design. I have helped over 8,000 shops become more successful. For example, I have successfully doubled production in many shops by merely redesigning the workflow.

A two-step consult involves the client preparing a highly detailed floor plan of your shop, complete with measurements of each room and the equipment, furniture, shelving, plumbing, and electrical denoted. After I receive and study the floor plan, we will conduct a virtual walkthrough of your shop via video conferencing, during which I will point out further improvements. It is very much like an on-location consultation but without the cost of travel, transportation, and other related expenditures.

$1500 USD for the first 5 hours and $100 for each additional hour.
