Perfecting the Manual Printing Process – SOLD OUT

December 15 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm CST

Earning a decent income from manual printing is difficult. Manual printing margins are often 65- to 75-percent of those that can be achieved with a semi-automatic press. Even the least expensive, used, semi-automatic being run by a single individual can produce 35-percent more revenue per hour than a manual press operator. And, that is with one-color work. When printing multi-color work the spread grows even more.

Manual printing requires press operators to cut as much waste as possible from the process to be competitive with those who are bidding against you. In this seminar, we discuss how to achieve more yield from a manual press to be more efficient, effective, and economically viable. While a single individual can never produce multi-color work as fast as a semi-automatic, there are ways to increase output.

  • Decreasing setup times
  • Double printing speed
  • Eliminate multiple strokes
  • Reduce flash times
  • and the proverbial more

This event will be held on online and is limited to 25 individuals. There will be a question and answer period at the end of the presentation.
